Every Half Bean is a brand founded along the journey of Bi - a dedicated coffee enthusiast. The name itself implies the founder's fervent passion for coffee - grinding all the way down to every half of everything, looking and cherishing the original flavor. In 2021, Every Half was born, marking the transition from a personal brand into a coffee company - a fairly uncommon model in Vietnam coffee market.

We chose to embrace our new logo as a chemex as we believe that there is nothing more intriguing than feeling the aromatic coffee heat on your face in the melodic rhythm of each coffee drop. The logo type is made simple and neat, with a touch of round curves to keep the overall sleek-yet-friendly.

Unexpectedly interesting

Targeting millennials and the upcoming GenZ, Every Half believe coffee is nothing less than excitement and joy, that is why each illustration is connected to different coffee bean's flavor. From the oozing good vibes, cozy thick body, to the fruity refreshment like a wind breeze touching swimming pool water, Every Half has you covered. Coffee is barely a wake-up beverage, it's a daring attitude with a sprinkle of unexpected dreaminess.

The menu is an important touchpoint to retain the professional roastery image. The information is clearly structured across the menu to help customer order easily, as well as check the detail of each seasonal bean if they interest. The Trust fund bean, comes with the taste card, is an additional ideas to let the frequenter have their favorite coffee bean each time they drop by.

Environmental Design

The interior team did a great job translating the cool spirit into a modern environment so what we do is adding some "unexpected" ingredients to give the space a more intriguing feeling. We play with store fixtures like mirror or sign and transform it into a fresh new look. In addition, instead of hanging cold pictures, we use available materials to install the bean artwork to blend in the space harmoniously.
